Discipline is the foundation of excellence. These guidelines help maintain a positive, safe, and productive school environment.
General School Rules
- Students must be in school uniform every day.
- School ID card must be worn at all times within campus.
- Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals require a written note from parents.
- Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during school hours.
- Respect for teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
- No student shall leave school premises without written permission.
- Students are responsible for the care of school property.
Attendance & Leave Rules
- Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in examinations.
- Leave applications must be submitted in the student diary.
- Medical leave must be supported by a doctor's certificate.
- Absence without information for 3 consecutive days may result in the student's name being struck off the rolls.
- Students returning after illness must bring a fitness certificate.

Uniform & Dress Code
- Prescribed school uniform must be worn on all working days.
- Sports uniform is compulsory on Physical Education days.
- Hair must be neat; boys must have short hair; girls must tie hair properly.
- Jewellery (except small studs for girls) is not permitted.
- Shoes must be clean and polished.
Classroom Conduct
- Students must stand when a teacher enters the classroom.
- Raise hand before speaking in class.
- Maintain silence in corridors and library.
- Complete and submit homework on time.
- Carry all required books and stationery as per the timetable
- Classrooms must be kept clean — no littering.
Prohibited Activities
- Bullying, ragging, or any form of physical/verbal harassment is strictly prohibited.
- Damage to school property will be penalised and recovered.
- Bringing objectionable material into school is forbidden.
- Students must not engage in any political activity within school.
- Misbehaviour with teachers or staff will result in disciplinary action.
Guidelines to Parents
A strong school-home partnership is the key to every child’s success. We request your active cooperation.
- Ensure your child reaches school on time every day, in proper uniform.
- Check the School Diary daily, sign teacher remarks, and respond promptly.
- Meet the class teacher at least once a month to discuss your child's progress.
- Attend all scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) — absence must be communicated in advance.
- Do not send your child to school if he/she is unwell.
- Ensure homework is completed under your supervision every evening.
- Avoid withdrawing your child from school during examination periods.
- Inform the school immediately of any change in contact number or address.
- Fees must be paid by the due date to avoid late fine.
- Do not permit your child to carry valuables, expensive gadgets, or large amounts of cash to school.
- Reinforce positive values at home — respect for elders, honesty, and discipline.
- Parents visiting school during class hours will not be entertained without prior appointment.
- Any grievance must be addressed through the Principal — not with individual teachers directly.
- Encourage your child to participate in all school activities, not just academics.
- Monitor your child's social media usage and screen time at home.
