How to Apply

Admission Process

A simple, transparent, 5-step process to secure your child’s seat.

Collect / Download Admission Form

Obtain the admission form from the school office (Karimuddinpur, Ghazipur) or download it from this page. The form is available free of cost.

Fill in the Application Form

Fill in all details accurately — student name, date of birth, parent/guardian details, class seeking admission, previous school (if any). Attach required documents.

Submit Form with Documents

Submit the completed form at the school office along with: Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card (student & parent), passport photos, previous class mark sheet / Transfer Certificate.

Admission Test / Interaction

For Classes I and above, a simple assessment may be conducted to understand the child’s learning level. This is not an elimination test — it helps place the child in the right group.

Confirmation & Fee Payment

Upon selection, the admission fee and first month’s tuition fee must be paid within 3 working days to confirm the seat. ID card, diary, and school handbook will be issued.

  • 4 recent passport-size photographs
  • Previous class mark sheet (for Classes II+)
  • Transfer Certificate from previous school
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable — for concession)

Payment Schedule

Fees can be paid monthly or quarterly. Annual payment attracts a discount. Payment due by the 10th of each month.
